1Finity, a Fujitsu company, unveiled the Ultra Optical System L1000/L2000, targeting next-generation AI networking needs. Launching in Fall 2026, the platform supports high-capacity managed optical services and infrastructure for hyperscalers and cloud providers, ensuring performance and scalability for DCI, metro, and long-haul transport.

It features optimized architecture for 800G+, reduces power and space requirements, and operates across modular designs that scale from 1 to 16 degrees. The system incorporates automation for fiber maintenance and management.

It aligns with national research on ROADM-based optical networking from the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Japan. The system will be presented at MWC Barcelona and OFC 2026.
