375 Jobs to be Created in Southwest Ohio Through Three Major Projects
Three projects in Southwest Ohio, backed by state tax incentives, are set to create 375 jobs and over $44 million in payroll. This is part of a larger initiative expected to generate significant economic impact statewide.

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority has approved projects for Beehive Industries, KDM Signs, and VGP Holdings, leading to the creation of 375 full-time jobs and an annual payroll increase exceeding $44 million in Hamilton and Clermont counties. Beehive Industries plans to create 200 jobs with over $28 million in payroll by 2030, focusing on expanding its facilities and operations related to defense and aerospace.
KDM Signs anticipates adding 121 jobs with a payroll increase of $6.1 million by 2029, contingent on a site selection in Evendale. VGP Holdings, operating as Valvoline Global, expects to create 54 jobs and over $10 million in payroll by 2029 with its headquarters move to Cincinnati. This initiative reflects a broader trend of job creation and economic growth in the region.
