3PW has acquired Bluecommerce, a London-based company, and rebranded it as Qubify to bolster its direct-to-consumer offerings. The acquisition enhances 3PW's ability to assist brand partners in managing sales channels across marketplaces and digital retail.

Despite the acquisition, 3PW maintains its focus on Amazon Vendor services, which remain central to its market differentiation. Lorenzo Caputi, co-founder of Bluecommerce, will support Qubify's growth by joining its board, aiming to provide strategic direction and enhance value for brands in the D2C and ecommerce automation sectors.
