ABB Malaysia has launched a Customer Experience Centre at its Petaling Jaya headquarters, representing a $450,000 investment. The 2,882.8 sq ft facility is designed to facilitate the rapid adoption of electrification, automation, and digital technologies, providing live demonstrations and applications for various industry stakeholders.
This development aligns with Malaysia's National Energy Transition Roadmap and New Industrial Master Plan 2030, aiming to bolster decarbonisation and technological advancement. The centre is part of ABB's strategy to enhance local innovation and efficiency while addressing energy consumption and emissions in the industrial sector, which accounts for approximately 50% of national power use.
