Aegeus Technologies plans to issue 22,58,400 equity shares, potentially raising up to ₹23.71 crore, with the Anchor Investor bidding on August 3, 2026. The company's technology integrates robotics, IoT, AI, and machine learning into solar O&M, with solutions like Unicorn and Shreem achieving 99.84% cleaning efficiency.
Aegeus operates across 10+ GW of solar assets in India, Brazil, and the Middle East, managing NEOM NRC solar sites in Saudi Arabia. The strategy includes a shift from hardware vendor to performance partner, focusing on predictive and autonomous operations, aiming for reduced manual intervention in solar asset management.
