AGIBOT Restructures Management Team Amid IPO Progress
AGIBOT has restructured its management team, adding three new partners and promoting key figures as it initiates its Hong Kong IPO process. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency and expedite mass production in the humanoid robot sector.

On August 3, AGIBOT publicly disclosed its governance structure, revealing a management team of nine partners and three independent non-executive directors. This restructuring follows the company's announcement of launching its Hong Kong IPO process in late July.
Key changes include the addition of partners Xiong Yan, Zhu Jie, and Zhang Xiuzheng, while former partner Luo Jianlan has undergone an internal role adjustment. Jiang Qingsong and Yao Maoqing have been promoted to co-founders and co-presidents, overseeing operations and the core intelligence business line respectively.
The independent directors bring expertise in investment banking and capital markets. This restructuring aims to bolster R&D, sales, and public affairs capabilities, crucial for AGIBOT's transition to mass deployment in the humanoid robot sector.
