Agreena's Scope 3 Project Verified by SustainCERT, Issuing 10,964 VIUs in Hungary, Poland, and UK
Agreena has received verification for its Scope 3 project from SustainCERT, enabling the issuance of 10,964 Verified Impact Units (VIUs). This certification includes the first agricultural VIUs in Hungary and Poland, supporting corporate climate strategies by addressing emissions in supply chains. The project has resulted in 3,940 tonnes of verified CO2 reductions and 7,024 tonnes of removals across 6,518 hectares. Agreena's dual pathway model strengthens its position in providing credible decarbonisation solutions.

Agreena achieved verification of its Scope 3 project from SustainCERT, allowing the issuance of 10,964 Verified Impact Units (VIUs), including the first agricultural VIUs in Hungary and Poland. This follows the Verra verification of its AgreenaCarbon Project in September 2025, which issued 2.3 million carbon credits.
The VIUs span 6,518 hectares in Hungary, Poland, and the UK, delivering 3,940 tonnes of verified CO2 reductions and 7,024 tonnes of removals through regenerative practices. SustainCERT verified the measurement and reporting approach used in Agreena's project, enhancing its capacity to meet corporate demands for Scope 3 emissions solutions.
