The airline has over 80 generative AI projects aimed at improving operations, increasing premium revenue, and boosting direct digital sales. Key initiatives include predictive maintenance, AI-powered customer support, and a partnership with Google Cloud for operational optimization. The CRM360 platform and digital cargo operations are also pivotal in the airline's strategy, contributing to significant revenue growth.

Air France-KLM is advancing its AI, cloud, and digital transformation strategy as part of its 2028 ambitions, focusing on over 80 generative AI projects. These initiatives include predictive maintenance, eco-piloting, and multilingual chatbots to enhance customer experiences.
The airline is migrating to a cloud-first infrastructure with Google Cloud, retiring over 200 legacy applications by 2025. Direct online revenue grew 9% in 2025, with ancillary revenue increasing 23% to €2.1 billion.
The CRM360 platform and digital cargo operations are integral to this transformation. Revenue reached €33 billion, with passenger numbers exceeding 103 million. The partnership with Amadeus IT Group aims to modernize airline retailing and distribution.
