Allmech Delivers Duplex Water Softening Solution Using Ceramic 3-Way Valve
Allmech implemented a ceramic 3-way L-type ball valve to provide a duplex water softening system within 48 hours, ensuring continuous availability of softened water for a medical supply client. The solution, based on a proven design from Runxin, highlights the valve's durability and efficiency, making it suitable for retrofitting existing systems in various industries.

Allmech delivered a duplex water softening solution in 48 hours using a Runxin ceramic 3-way L-type ball valve. This system allows for a production capacity of 4m³/h and ensures continuous softened water availability without downtime.
The valve manages two softener vessels in a cyclical process, switching flow between vessels during regeneration. This configuration simplifies installation, reduces complexity, and enhances durability compared to traditional duplex manifolds.
While the initial cost of ceramic valves is higher, their longevity can lead to cost savings on maintenance. This setup is particularly advantageous for retrofitting existing systems that require increased soft water demand.
