American Tungsten Corp. Initiates Drilling at IMA Mine Tailings in Idaho
American Tungsten Corp. has commenced an auger drilling program at the IMA Mine tailings in Lemhi County, Idaho, focusing on 30 acres of historical tailings with preliminary samples showing average grades of 0.25% WO3 and 0.48 oz/t silver. The initial phase involves 35 drill holes over approximately 370 feet, with plans for a comprehensive Phase 1 drill program totaling 15,000 feet and potential acquisition of adjacent Mazda claims. Metallurgical testing is also scheduled for Q1 2026.

The company plans to complete 35 drill holes totaling approximately 370 feet to assess tailings thickness and collect samples. The drilling is expected to last about one week. A Phase 1 drill program aims for 15,000 feet of drilling, while a Phase 2 program will target additional areas. American Tungsten is also looking to acquire adjacent Mazda claims and is conducting metallurgical testing expected in Q1 2026.
