The home, initially purchased for £185,000 in 2013, has undergone significant renovations, including insulation upgrades, triple-glazed windows, and a new ventilation system. Despite the total investment exceeding the current value of the property, Testa emphasizes the health and comfort benefits of the retrofit, which has lowered annual energy bills to under £1,000.
