Arkel India Opens ₹100 Crore Lift Control Manufacturing Facility in Vadodara
Arkel India has inaugurated a ₹100 crore manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, to produce lift electronic systems. This facility aligns with India's 'Make in India' initiative and aims to reduce import dependency while adhering to the IS-17900 standard. The plant will manufacture 36,000 units annually, supporting infrastructure projects and generating jobs. It also signifies Arkel's commitment to becoming a manufacturing hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Arkel India has launched a new manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, with an investment of ₹100 crore in Phase 1. The facility will produce high-quality lift electronic systems in compliance with the IS-17900 standard, reducing import dependency.
It marks Arkel's entry into lift system manufacturing, previously focused on marketing. The plant, covering 135,000 sq ft, aims to manufacture 36,000 units annually and will support national infrastructure projects including airports and smart cities. It is expected to generate direct and indirect jobs and involves collaboration with educational institutions for training in electronics and automation.
