This expansion includes over 1,000 existing private bedrooms and aims to enhance accommodations across Texas and New Mexico, particularly in Pecos and surrounding areas.

Armadillo Workforce Housing will expand its modular housing fleet to meet the demand from data center projects. This includes over 1,000 private bedrooms and 5,000 rooms across Texas and New Mexico. Key expansion areas include Pecos, Odessa, Big Spring, Big Lake, and Orla.
The initiative will incorporate existing lodging facilities and new mobile units for remote construction sites. The strategy aims to adapt to the rapid pace of data center development, providing essential housing solutions for workers, which is critical for maintaining productivity in large-scale construction environments.
