Cypress is strategically positioned between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, in a significant industrial corridor. The financial details of the acquisition are undisclosed, but Cypress reported revenues of approximately 17.6 million USD in 2025. Atlas Copco Group reported total revenues of BSEK 168 and employed around 56,000 staff by the end of 2025.
