Aumann Reports Preliminary 2025 Results, Proposes €0.25 Dividend, Projects €160M Revenue for 2026
Aumann AG reported preliminary fiscal 2025 results with a revenue of €204 million, down 34.7% from €312.3 million in 2024. The company proposed a dividend of €0.25 per share for the 2025 fiscal year. Looking ahead, Aumann expects a revenue decline to around €160 million in 2026, with an EBITDA margin of 6% to 8%. EBITDA decreased to €28.2 million, improving the margin to 13.8%. Order intake fell by 26.3% to €147.5 million, with significant drops in the E-mobility segment, while Next Automation saw a 35.3% increase.

The company proposed a dividend of €0.25 per share at the upcoming annual meeting on June 12, 2026. Order intake declined 26.3% to €147.5 million, with E-mobility orders down 44.4% to €91 million. In contrast, Next Automation's orders increased by 35.3% to €56.5 million. Aumann expects revenues of around €160 million and an EBITDA margin of 6% to 8% for fiscal 2026.
