The project aims to develop an automated payment and reconciliation solution integrating Live EFTPOS with Xero. The system will automatically charge customers’ credit cards weekly, reconcile transactions in Xero, and mark invoices as paid once payments are successful.

It will also handle failed payments, maintain PCI compliance, and allow for adjustments in payment frequency and amounts. The developer must have experience with payment gateway and Xero API integrations, automation workflows, and provide necessary documentation and post-implementation support. Deliverables include a functional payment system, an admin interface for configuration, and testing support.
