Autopack has supplied P&B (Foods) Ltd with a fully automated packaging line tailored for sauces, incorporating five machines that enhance production efficiency. The line can handle various sauces in plastic and glass containers, running at 100 cpm and 6,000 bottles per hour for one-liter sizes.

Key components include a high-speed rotary unscrambler, a 12-head piston filler, a four-head automatic screw capper, and a multifunctional labeller. Following this project's success, P&B (Foods) Ltd is pursuing additional automation projects, including for ghee products and edible oils. Autopack's expertise in turnkey systems has established a strong partnership with P&B (Foods) Ltd.
