Avon Engineered Rubber, located in Ferndale, is poised for both domestic and international growth under new managing director Vince Minchella. The company, specializing in aerosol gaskets and seals, has recently opened new premises in Malaysia to support increasing demand in Southeast Asia.

Avon Engineered Rubber has invested £300,000 in advanced extrusion technology and plant upgrades to facilitate its expansion. Currently employing 107 staff, the company has been a supplier for top aerosol valve producers for over 20 years and aims to leverage its Malaysian operations for further growth.
