The National Cybersecurity Centre of Bahrain has partnered with SandboxAQ to modernize the country’s cybersecurity systems. This partnership aims to create a national framework to safeguard sensitive government and private sector data against threats from quantum computing and other evolving risks.

Bahrain will implement SandboxAQ's AQtive Guard platform, which provides AI-driven cybersecurity oversight and vulnerability management across over 60 government entities. The initiative aligns with global efforts as governments prepare for potential quantum computing threats, with estimates suggesting risks could materialize as early as 2029. This collaboration is pivotal to Bahrain's national cybersecurity strategy, enhancing data protection and supporting economic resilience.
