Baldwin Group achieved total revenue of $492.9 million in Q2 2026, a 30% increase from $376.2 million a year prior. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 37% to $116.7 million, resulting in an adjusted EBITDA margin of 23.7%.
However, organic growth fell to 2%, compared to 11% in the same quarter of 2025, highlighting challenges in integration. The company reported a GAAP net loss of $56 million, attributed to high interest expenses and amortization of intangible assets.
Total assets expanded to $6.17 billion, while goodwill rose to $2.65 billion. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $184.5 million. The ongoing $3B/30 Catalyst Program incurred $6.4 million in costs this quarter, aimed at enhancing automation and AI capabilities. This mixed performance may affect Baldwin's competitive edge against peers with stronger organic growth metrics.
