Banco Azteca has implemented UiPath Maestro to orchestrate over 8,800 enterprise processes and more than 300 automations, representing automation capacity equivalent to 3,300 full-time employees. Launched in 2020, the automation program is managed by a team of over 20 specialists and aims to enhance workflows in customer service, compliance, and fraud prevention.
Future plans include extending this model to anti-money laundering initiatives and intelligent ATM monitoring to optimize cash distribution. The approach signifies a shift from task-level automation to comprehensive business orchestration, potentially improving operational efficiency and governance.
