BigBlueBam Launches Public Beta with 340 MCP Tools for Project Management and CRM
BigBlueBam has launched its public beta, offering 340 tools across 20 applications, utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This open-source platform aims to enhance efficiency for knowledge workers by integrating project management, CRM, and automation under a unified architecture.

BigBlueBam's public beta introduces a comprehensive MCP server that supports 340 tools for project management and CRM, comparable in scale to Microsoft’s Azure MCP Server. Built on a single PostgreSQL schema, it allows seamless integration across all applications, which includes invoicing, automation, and knowledge management.
This architecture, licensed under MIT, enables a unified execution layer for both human and AI actions, simplifying compliance and audit trails. The unique MCP surface poses a competitive advantage over traditional enterprise SaaS vendors, who may struggle to replicate such a unified model due to disparate data systems.
