A boil water advisory has been issued for MAWSS and Spanish Fort customers along the Mobile Causeway between the Tensaw River Bridge and the Highway 90 interchange. The advisory follows water valve operations at 1615 Battleship Parkway that resulted in a water outage.

Affected customers are instructed to boil water for three minutes before consumption. MAWSS will flush the lines and conduct water testing. The advisory is anticipated to be lifted by 6 p.m. on January 21, 2026. Notifications will be sent to customers when boiling is no longer necessary.
