Boparan Private Office Acquires German Poultry Processor Heidemark to Expand European Presence
Boparan Private Office (BPO) has acquired German poultry processor Heidemark, enhancing its European poultry division, Storteboom Food Group. The acquisition is part of BPO's strategy to develop advanced automation and sustainability in poultry production. Heidemark's revenue approached €1 billion after its acquisition of Gut Bergmark last year. The deal is pending merger control clearance from the European Commission and aims to retain Heidemark's management and workforce while integrating it as an independent unit.
