Boparan Private Office (BPO) has acquired German poultry processor Heidemark, which will be integrated into its European poultry division, Storteboom Food Group. The acquisition follows Heidemark's previous purchase of Gut Bergmark, bringing its total revenue close to €1 billion.

Heidemark will continue operating independently under its current leadership, which will remain in place. The transaction is subject to European Commission merger control clearance. This acquisition supports BPO's strategy for enhancing automation and sustainability in poultry production across Europe.
