Bow-e Implements AI-First Strategy to Transform Subscription Energy Model
Bow-e aims to revolutionize Brazil's subscription energy market by embedding AI into its operations. The company targets significant revenue growth and operational efficiency through a comprehensive AI-driven approach, potentially setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Bow-e, the renewable energy subscription operator under Grupo Bolt, reported a fivefold revenue increase, reaching R$10 million monthly with 15,000 active customers by the end of 2025. The company plans to add 11,000 customers in 2026 and expects monthly revenues to exceed R$15 million, aiming for R$57 million in annual savings for clients.
Under new CEO Ciro Neto, Bow-e is committed to a complete AI-First operational model, automating up to 100% of tasks in sales, customer service, and billing by the latter half of 2026. The proprietary AI system, Davi, is designed to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency, moving beyond traditional automation. This strategic focus may set new industry standards for operational scalability and customer engagement in Brazil's energy sector.
