The existing forecourt is described as cramped and poorly organized, lacking formal parking and electric vehicle charging facilities. The proposed redevelopment includes the installation of two 80,000-litre fuel tanks, four pump islands, two EV charging bays, and a 2,300 sq ft shop designed to enhance customer access and experience.
