A Brazilian farm has reported soybean yields approaching 100 bags per hectare by utilizing soil-intelligence technology. The system, developed by Terrus Agri and integrated with Grupo Piccin, analyzes soil conditions in detail, allowing for the creation of specific management zones and tailored planting strategies.
Quanticum has achieved approximately 95% accuracy in identifying these zones, optimizing seed placement and input application. This method addresses underlying soil issues, such as compaction, which can hinder root development.
Furthermore, Grupo Piccin is extending this approach to precision agricultural machinery, potentially reducing costs and emissions. The Primos Agro project represents a significant step in a broader initiative exploring agriculture, science, and carbon capture technologies.
