Briggs & Forrester Living completed three residential buildings at Brent Cross Town's The Maple development in London, partnering with Galliford Try. The project includes 286 apartments and wellness facilities across three 12-storey blocks, covering 25,000 sqm. It aims for net-zero carbon by 2030, featuring renewable energy, reduced embodied carbon, and biodiversity gains. The development utilizes a low-to-zero-carbon district energy network, including one of Europe's largest air source heat pump installations.

Briggs & Forrester Living announced the completion of three buildings at Brent Cross Town's The Maple development in London, in partnership with Galliford Try. The project includes 286 apartments in three 12-storey blocks across 25,000 sqm, incorporating wellness facilities and retail units.
It adheres to sustainability goals, featuring 100% renewable electricity and significant reductions in embodied carbon. The development is part of a larger initiative to become net-zero carbon by 2030, supported by a low-to-zero-carbon district energy network created with Vattenfall, including a large air source heat pump installation.
