Canada Nickel Company Inc. completed a non-brokered private placement, securing C$21 million by selling 14 million units at C$1.50 each. Avenir Minerals Limited received 666,667 units as part of its pro rata participation rights.
Each unit includes one common share and one-half warrant, with full warrants allowing a purchase at C$2.25 over 36 months. The net proceeds will be allocated to permitting, engineering activities, debt repayment, and general working capital. This financing could enhance project development and address financial obligations, positioning the company for future growth.
