Carbon Streaming Corporation has finalized a Buyout Agreement with Community Carbon and UpEnergy Group for $6 million. The UPE Parties will pay this amount for all rights to the Community Carbon Stream and its complete inventory of carbon credits. The transaction aims to monetize the value of these assets, aligning with Carbon Streaming's strategy to enhance shareholder value through project optimization and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
