Carel Industries Reports 73% Net Profit Increase and Strong Revenue Growth in H1 2026

Consolidated revenue rose 21% to €370.1 million, indicating robust performance in the HVAC and refrigeration sectors, driven by demand in data centers and energy-efficient technologies.

Carel Industries Spa reported a net profit of €45.7 million for the first half of 2026, significantly up from €26.5 million in the prior year. Total revenue increased by 21% to €370.1 million, with EBITDA rising 43% to €83.1 million, reflecting strong operational performance and contributions from the subsidiary Kiona.
The HVAC division generated revenue of €265.8 million, supported by industrial demand and heat pump sales in Germany, while refrigeration revenue reached €103.4 million, bolstered by project recoveries in EMEA and growing U.S. adoption of natural refrigerants. Carel expects third-quarter revenue of approximately €190 million, a 20% rise from 2025.
The company maintains a positive financial position, with net cash at €7.1 million. Carel's shares have increased by 5.7% to €28.75.
