cBrain introduced the F2 AI Task Specialist, a new module in its F2 digital government platform that integrates generative and agentic AI specifically for public sector workflows. This technology is designed to automate administrative tasks directly within case processes, allowing government authorities to retain control over data and compliance.

The F2 AI Task Specialist will be presented at the Danish Digital Government Conference and is already being implemented in projects, including a proof of concept in California. The module is fully integrated with the F2 platform, enhancing case management and reducing implementation complexity while supporting transparency and traceability in public administration.
