CDS Group Delivers Envirocure Big Room System to Builders Supply in Alabama

CDS Group has finalized the installation of an advanced Envirocure Big Room curing system at Builders Supply in Fort Payne, Alabama. This system, designed around a dedicated external rack building, supports a new high-capacity concrete block manufacturing facility by ensuring optimal curing conditions and enhancing production efficiency.

The installation includes full PLC and SCADA integration, allowing real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and airflow. By capturing and reusing thermal energy from cement hydration, the system minimizes fuel consumption while maintaining ideal curing conditions.

Consequently, this approach leads to improved early strength development, reduced reject rates, and overall better product performance. The strategic separation of the curing area from the main production hall mitigates condensation and moisture migration issues, further supporting operational stability.
