Cecotec and Casas inHAUS have agreed to invest €100 million to build a large industrialised construction plant in the Valencian Community, projected to start operations in three years. The facility will produce approximately 500,000 sqm annually, translating to around 6,000 housing units, and is expected to create about 4,000 jobs.
The factory's innovative processes will include automation and digitalisation, reducing construction time to roughly three months and minimizing cost overruns.
