Cecotec and Casas inHAUS to Launch €100M Housing Gigafactory in Valencia
Cecotec and Casas inHAUS are investing €100 million to establish a housing gigafactory in Valencia, targeting a capacity of 6,000 homes annually. This initiative is significant for the industrial construction sector, promising to streamline housing production and create thousands of jobs.

Cecotec and Casas inHAUS have agreed to invest €100 million to build a large industrialised construction plant in the Valencian Community, projected to start operations in three years. The facility will produce approximately 500,000 sqm annually, translating to around 6,000 housing units, and is expected to create about 4,000 jobs.
The factory's innovative processes will include automation and digitalisation, reducing construction time to roughly three months and minimizing cost overruns. Although the precise site is yet to be determined, Valencia's logistics and supplier networks are key factors in the decision. Previously, Cecotec ventured into the residential sector via its CecoHomes division in late 2022.
