Cell Impact Announces Share Issue and Operational Diversification Plans for 2025
In 2025, Cell Impact focused on growth with a new share issue and plans for operational diversification beyond fuel cells and electrolyzers. The company advanced toward large-scale flow plate production, entering a continuous production phase with a customer that will gradually increase flow plate deliveries.
A strategic cooperation agreement with thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering and a contract with a leading Asian vehicle manufacturer for a forming tool were signed. Despite progress, the company did not reach its large volume goal, necessitating further capital injections. The rights issue will provide up to SEK 33.2 million, aiming to broaden market reach and stabilize cash flows.
