Cell Impact reported growth and expansion in 2025, culminating in a new share issue and plans to diversify operations beyond fuel cells and electrolyzers. The company is progressing toward large-scale flow plate production, with ongoing projects and a strategic cooperation agreement with thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering. A contract with a leading Asian vehicle manufacturer for a forming tool was also signed. The rights issue aims to raise up to SEK 33.2 million to support these initiatives and enhance financial stability.
