Charter Hall has entered a 20-year pre-lease agreement with ALDI for a new logistics facility at the Tarneit Logistics Hub in Victoria, covering 102,000 square meters and featuring automation technology. Completion is expected by year-end.

Additionally, ALDI has extended its lease at the Brendale Distribution Facility in Queensland by eight years, expanding its total space to 22,500 square meters, including a new freezer facility. These agreements increase Charter Hall's industrial partnership footprint with ALDI to 378,000 square meters across nine sites, with total ALDI leases reaching 407,000 square meters nationwide.
