CHC Little Deer Acquires Deer Creek Commerce Center Building 1 for Over $20.6 Million
Deer Creek Commerce Center Building 1, a 104,386-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Littleton, has been sold to CHC Little Deer, LLC. The joint venture, comprising Collett Industrial and Colville Group, is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building will be occupied by Motion & Flow Control Products. The sale price exceeded $20.6 million, as per a warranty deed filed in Jefferson County. The property is part of a larger 175,000-square-foot development completed in June 2025, located in a high-demand industrial area of Denver.

CHC Little Deer, LLC, a joint venture between Collett Industrial and Colville Group, has acquired Deer Creek Commerce Center Building 1 in Littleton for over $20.6 million. The 104,386-square-foot Class A facility will be occupied by Motion & Flow Control Products.
The building features 28-foot clear heights, concrete tilt-panel construction, and flexible functionality. Deer Creek Commerce Center, a 175,000-square-foot industrial development completed in June 2025, is strategically located in Denver's Southwest submarket along the C-470 corridor. Denver's industrial owner-user sales volume reached $725.5 million in 2025, marking a 110% increase from 2024.
