China Adds 10 US Entities to Export Control List Amid Ongoing Tensions
China's Ministry of Commerce has added ten US entities to its export control list, restricting dual-use exports. This action aims to protect national security and comply with international non-proliferation obligations.

On June 22, 2026, China added ten US companies to its export control list, including Aveox, Inc. and Red Cat Holdings, Inc., under its Export Control Law. Exporters are prohibited from sending dual-use items to these entities, and organizations globally cannot supply Chinese-origin dual-use goods to them.
Current export operations related to these firms must cease immediately. Other companies on the list include Teal Drones, Inc., IMSAR, Jaia Robotics, Inc., Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Oshkosh Defense, L3Harris Maritime Services, Inc., MP Materials Corp., and USA Rare Earth, Inc. This measure reflects ongoing technological and trade frictions between China and the US, despite diplomatic efforts for a stable relationship.
