CIMCON Automation Opens Kolkata Office to Enhance Eastern India Utility Infrastructure
CIMCON Automation has launched a new office in Kolkata to boost smart utility automation and infrastructure modernization in Eastern India. The facility, located in Salt Lake City, aims to streamline project execution for water, lighting, and oil & gas sectors while enhancing responsiveness to government tenders. The company plans to expand its local workforce to engage with regional stakeholders and improve project turnaround times.

CIMCON Automation has established a new office in Kolkata, marking its expansion into Eastern India. This strategic hub in Salt Lake City is intended to enhance operations across Eastern and Northeastern India, facilitating quicker deployment and project management for utilities.
The office aims to improve responsiveness to government contracts while modernizing infrastructure in sectors such as water, lighting, and oil & gas. CIMCON's existing projects span West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam, and Meghalaya, with collaborations with various government bodies. The expansion supports India's 'Atmanirbhar' mission by relying on domestically developed technology.
