Circus SE Secures €50 Million to Scale Production and Enter U.S. Market
Circus SE has raised €50 million to enhance production of its CA-1 food preparation robots and enter the U.S. market. This funding is crucial for meeting demand from quick-service restaurants and expanding its operational footprint in North America.

Circus SE, a robotics and automation firm based in Germany, has secured up to €50 million in a funding round to scale production of its CA-1 autonomous food preparation robots. Shares have begun trading on U.S.
OTC markets under the ticker symbol "CRSAF," enhancing access for American investors. The funding, which combines equity and debt, is intended to increase manufacturing capacity and reduce production costs through supply chain optimization.
Currently valued between €300 million and €350 million, Circus SE aims to expand its presence in North America, where it sees rising demand for kitchen automation due to labor shortages. While the company has reported €28 million in preliminary revenue for 2025, achieving profitability remains a challenge, as it invests heavily in R&D and scaling operations. The success of its U.S. market entry will depend on converting pilot programs into long-term contracts amid competition from other automation providers.
