Cloud Group Oy, established by Lease Deal Group Oyj in July 2024, acquired Silmu Software Oy, a Finnish software company, immediately after its formation. Silmu Software's customer base increased from approximately 300 to over 400 following the acquisition.

Cloud Group has invested significantly in product development, creating new software modules and enhancing existing services, focusing on usability and automation. The company has recruited specialists to support its expanding customer base and aims to exceed 1,000 customers in the medium term, aspiring to be the leading privately owned software group in Finland.
