Cocoon & Eckelmann Hotels Transition to Apaleo Platform Ahead of 2026 Expansion
Cocoon & Eckelmann Hotels, based in Munich, will fully transition its portfolio to Apaleo's property management platform by 2026. This migration follows an initial implementation in 2025 and will encompass six hotels and three white-label operations, totaling 800 rooms. The Hotel Europäischer Hof will also transition to Apaleo as part of its redevelopment into the largest Cocoon Hotel in Munich. The move aims to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences through automation and improved system reliability.

Cocoon & Eckelmann Hotels will fully migrate its portfolio to Apaleo's property management system by 2026. This follows an initial rollout in 2025 across select properties. The migration includes six Cocoon & Eckelmann hotels and three white-label operations, totaling 800 rooms.
Additionally, the Hotel Europäischer Hof in Munich will transition to Apaleo when Cocoon Hotels assumes operations on February 15, 2026. This hotel is set for redevelopment to become the largest Cocoon Hotel in Munich by 2027.
The transition to Apaleo aims to reduce manual tasks and streamline workflows, with the first two hotels going live in under six weeks. The hotels plan to further enhance their technology with AI-enabled automation and integrations for future openings.
