FLOW CONTROL

The Valla Urban Growth Area (VUGA) in New South Wales has completed horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for water and sewer trunk mains. Construction of a connecting internal road to Red Ash Road is underway, serving 14 large-scale industrial lots.

The project involves $11.2 million from the Australian and NSW Governments and a $17 million contribution from the Nambucca Valley Council. Remaining work includes laying 600 metres of stormwater drainage and 660 metres of watermain.

A sewage pump station construction will start soon. Land sales for Stage One are anticipated from mid to late 2026.
