ConnectM Subsidiary CER Partners with Alpex Solar for Solar Projects in India
ConnectM's subsidiary, Cambridge Energy Resources, signed a definitive agreement with Alpex Solar to develop solar projects in India, including 5,000 solar irrigation pumps valued at $16.5 million over the next 24 months. Alpex will provide PV modules and lead contracting, while CER will manage system design and logistics, enhancing its distributed energy strategy in the region.

ConnectM Technology Solutions' subsidiary, Cambridge Energy Resources Private Limited, has signed a definitive agreement with Alpex Solar Ltd. to develop solar projects in India. The agreement includes deploying approximately 5,000 solar irrigation pumps, estimated to be worth $16.5 million, over the next 24 months.
Alpex will supply PV modules and manage contracting, while CER Rooftop will oversee system design and logistics. This partnership aims to expand CER Rooftop's project pipeline in rooftop and agricultural solar, aligning with ConnectM's distributed energy strategy in India.
