Coriant has acquired Control Valve Services, a control valve maintenance specialist based in Brighouse. The acquisition aims to enhance growth by integrating Control Valve Services' expertise with Coriant's infrastructure presence.

Mark McParland, formerly of Control Valve Services, emphasized the opportunity to expand reach while focusing on technical services and customer satisfaction. RSM UK advised Control Valve Services during the acquisition, led by consulting director James Atkinson and supported by a tax team under Chris Etherington.
