Dalata Hotel Group has agreed to lease a new four-star Maldron hotel in Kensington, London, expected to open in 2029, subject to planning approval. The hotel will be located on Hammersmith Road, adjacent to the £1.3bn Olympia London exhibition centre, and will be Dalata's seventh hotel in the UK capital.

The development will feature approximately 370 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and a large business centre. In partnership with McAleer & Rushe, the project will convert a vacant office building into an all-electric hotel, incorporating heat pump technology and aiming for a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. The area will also benefit from extensive redevelopment, adding office space, dining options, and entertainment venues.
