Delhivery has elevated six senior executives to C-suite positions effective immediately to bolster its leadership team for ongoing expansion. Vikas Kapoor becomes chief strategy officer, focusing on long-term strategy and growth opportunities, while Prashant Gazipur is now chief operating officer for in-city operations, overseeing last-mile franchise strategies.
Nikhil Ummat has been appointed chief operating officer for engineering and automation, charged with developing robotics and drone initiatives. Sunny Raja takes the role of chief procurement officer, managing procurement and capital expenditure.
Concurrently, Kabir Ahmed Shakir has been appointed as an independent director, replacing Romesh Sobti. These leadership changes are critical as Delhivery aims to enhance operational efficiencies and navigate increased complexity in logistics.
