The facility, located on a brownfield site in Mechelen, will feature a high-bay warehouse with 48,000 pallet locations and an AutoStore system capable of handling over 17,000 totes.
This integrated solution aims to optimize operational efficiency and space utilization, replacing NMBS's outdated facility from WWII.
