Development of HMI and PLC Solution for Tank Level Control System
An industrial automation engineer is sought to design a tank level control system using Kinco MK070E-33DT. The project aims to improve operational efficiency by automating pump control based on tank levels while providing real-time data display.

The project involves creating an HMI and PLC solution utilizing the Kinco MK070E-33DT unit, integrating an ultrasonic level sensor and a variable speed drive (VSD) for pump control. The system must implement automatic pump operation based on tank level readings, with specific inputs and outputs defined: an ultrasonic sensor (KEJUN CS501), RS485, 4-20mA outputs, and relay outputs for level detection.
Required logic includes starting the pump on low levels and stopping it on high levels, with hysteresis to avoid rapid cycling. HMI design will focus on user-friendly interfaces and display essential parameters. Deliverables include project files, IO list, and documentation on system operation and adjustments.
