DHL Adopts SOFTBOT Robotics Platform to Enhance Automation and Integration Efficiency
DHL is implementing the SOFTBOT robotics platform to streamline the integration of automation across its global network. With over 8,000 collaborative robots in operation, the platform simplifies deployment using pre-built connectors, reducing integration time from six to eight weeks to just hours. The platform supports real-time monitoring and is currently active at 30 sites, with plans to expand to over 100 locations in three years.

DHL is enhancing its automation capabilities by adopting the SOFTBOT robotics platform, which allows for quicker integration of diverse robotics solutions. The platform eliminates the need for bespoke coding, reducing deployment time significantly.
Currently operational at 30 sites, DHL aims to expand the platform to more than 100 locations globally within three years. The centralized dashboard enables oversight of operations and supports rapid replication of technologies such as Goods-to-Person solutions. This move is expected to reduce costs and improve logistics efficiency.
